For anyone craving those cosy, wintry days – you might just be in luck, as the forecast for this week predicts five days of rain and a thunderstorm!
This comes after the Maltese Islands experienced a sudden downpour last Saturday. Predicting somewhat of an early autumn, the Met Office is forecasting five days during which isolated showers are expected, with a thunderstorm possible on Thursday.
However, the temperature is expected to remain average for this time of the year. The September average temperature stands in the high 20s range.
The wind will be predominantly from the northeast, reaching force 4-5 on Tuesday.
