Finland is offering a free four-day Masterclass of Happiness at the luxurious Kuru Resort to share its secrets of being the world’s happiest country.

From June 12 to June 15, ten participants will learn from happiness experts on finding inner balance and connecting with nature while staying in private villas with personal spas and saunas.

Interested applicants submitted an online application and completed a social media challenge.

According to Heli Jimenez, Senior Director of International Marketing at Business Finland, happiness is a skill that can be learned and shared, and they want to help people master the Finnish state of mind.
