Miya has been a fan of Drake for a long time, and with her mother’s help and support, they were able to secure a billboard spot on the busy stretch of Interstate 10 and Akron Street.

The invitation says , “Drake, you’re invited to my Sweet Sixteen – Your biggest fan, Miya”
