Educator Urge Ease Of COVID-19 School Measures

The government has announced that new measures will soon take place however there are still certain measures that have not been addressed.

One of the measures addressed is that the mask will no longer be mandatory in public outdoor spaces as from March 14. This includes the whole population.

Educators, as well as parents, are urging the government to revise the COVID-19 measures when it comes to schools. Currently, children are obliged to wear masks all day: during lessons and even whilst playing in the playground.

Masks can only be removed during P.E lessons or whilst eating.

Parents have communicated with the Times of Malta that these measures lead to “absurdity”.

Do you think all COVID-19 measures should be lifted from schools?
