COVID-19: Ten New Cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 Hours

 

During a press conference in Gozo, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health Chris Fearne, announced that in the past 24 hours, 10 new cases of Coronavirus have been registered, bringing the total to 149.

Hon Fearne said that further details will be given by the Superintendent of Public Health, Prof Charmaine Gauci, during her daily COVID-19 briefing, scheduled for 12:30.

During the Press Conference, Hon Fearne, who was accompanied by Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri, gave a breakdown of the measures which were taken at Gozo General Hospital.

He also said that during a virtual WHO Meeting yesterday, with representatives from all over the world, Malta was the only country chosen to share best practices on what is being done across all levels, during this outbreak.
