COVID-19: 38 New Cases in the Past 24 Hours


The Superintendent of Public Health, Professor Charmaine Gauci has announced that 38 new Coronavirus cases have been confirmed in the past 24 hours, following 1,018 tests which were carried out.

This brings the total in Malta to 337.

Meanwhile, the number of persons recovered from COVID-19 now stands at 16, while the number of deaths in Malta due to the virus now stands at 2.

Malta registered its first COVID-19 case on the 7th March, 2020.
