Courteney Cox And Ed Sheeran Recreated Dance Routine from ‘Friends’ And It’s Perfect

Courtney Cox from Friends has found a new dance partner. None other than Ed Sheeran.

The 56-year-old actress took to Instagram to share a video featuring her and Sheeran recreating The Routine from Friends, along with the hashtag, “#ReRoutine.”

The post quickly gained the attention of fans and racked up likes and comments, accurately commenting, “This is EPIC.”

Cox and Sheeran nailed The  Routine although they did suffer during the execution of the final move where Cox leapt into Sheeran’s arms.

This iconic dance is well known with the Friends family as the ‘The Routine’ and appeared during episode ten of the sixth season of the hit series.

In the episode, siblings Monica and Ross bring back a dance routine choreographed during their childhoods on the set of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.

Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to Cos and Schwimmer execute a modern rendition of The Routine however it was on the Friends reunion special director’s wishlist.

In an interview, the director, Ben Winston revealed that he did bring up The Routine subject with Cox and Schwimmer, but was, tragically, turned down.
