As of today, mass events may take place, as long as the people – who must be vaccinated and have the certificate to prove so – are seated in their own bubbles. If cases permit, non-sitting mass events may resume as of August 15th.

 

 

Meanwhile, as of July 15th, people can download a negative PCR test that also states whether or not one had COVID-19 in the last three months. The websites for them are yet to be announced.

Then, as of July 19th, those who have not yet registered for the vaccine will be able to go to a number of centres spread across Malta and Gozo to administer the jab.

 

 

As for the current local cases, 90% of the active covid-19 cases have not received the vaccine. However, a booster shot will be administered to any vaccinated individual who might need it in Autumn.

Anyone who wishes to download their vaccine certificate may do so by going onto certifikatvaccin.gov.mt. Then, simply accept the privacy policy, log in with your e-ID or alternatively, input the date of your second vaccine dose, and download the vaccine!
