Chelsea star Olivier Giroud has been banned from driving after admitting his fourth offence in nine months.
The French international, who helped lead the side to World Cup victory, has been banned for six months after admitting speeding in his Bentley.
The striker, 32, was clocked at 60mph in a 50mph zone in north-west London in May.
At Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, he was disqualified from driving after three penalty points were added to his licence, taking him to the 12-point limit.
He was also fined £600.
Giroud has been capped more than 80 times by his national team.
