64 New COVID-19 Cases Were Registered Overnight As 67 People Recovered

 

After 2,164 swab tests which were carried out in the past 24 hours, 64 new COVID-19 cases were registered while 67 people recovered. This brings Malta’s Active COVID-19 cases down to 528, as the downward trend of the past week seems to be continuing.

 

 

Fortunately, no deaths were recorded overnight, maintaining Malta’s COVID-19 death toll at 399.

 

As to what regards the COVID-19 National Vaccination Programme, till yesterday, 219,161 doses were administered, of which, 60,096 were 2nd doses.
