33 New COVID-19 Cases Were Registered Overnight As 36 People Recovered

 

After 2,219 swab tests which were carried out in the past 24 hours, 33 new COVID-19 cases were registered while 36 people recovered. This brings Malta’s Active COVID-19 cases down to 519, as the downward trend of the past week seems to be continuing.

 

 

Meanwhile, no deaths were registered overnight, maintaining Malta’s COVID-19 death at 411.

 

As to what regards the COVID-19 National Vaccination Programme, till yesterday, 295,587 doses were administered, of which, 93,727 were 2nd doses.
